While nowhere near as personal, in England over the weekend, an actor who had a minor role in the upcoming Harry Potter film was stabbed to death in London. And I thought gun bans were supposed to curb all violence.

A few weekends ago, a co-worker's daughter-in-law was waiting outside a restaurant for her parents. At the restaurant next door, she noticed a scuffle in the parking lot. So she went over and got between the man and woman (she thought the man was punching the woman). About that same time, the manager of that restaurant came out and tackled the guy. He dropped a six-inch knife he'd used to stab this woman multiple times. Thanks to the actions of my co-worker's daughter-in-law, the woman survived.

All gun bans do is make people easy victims.

I never really heard a good reason as to why liberals like Rosie O'Donnell and Michael Moore can have armed guards defend them, but guns should be denied everyone else. Why is my life less valuable than Michael Moore's?Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05913350782739004678noreply@blogger.com
