Random observations

• The Christmas lights are up in Cathedral Square.
• There was a line to vote at the Ziedler Building when I walked by at six. Vote early, vote often.
  
• Apparently penalties can only be called on the Colts, no matter how many cheap shots the Titans take. I suppose this makes the Titans this year's F-Pats.
