Here's the whole text:
JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:
`Article--
`The twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.'.
I give 'em props for proposing an amendment. Old school. Rule 8?
If it passes Congress--two-thirds of the Senate should be easy enough--it should go nowhere in state legislatures. Then again, they have seven years. Between ACORN, Alinskyites, and thousands of *ahem* critical thinkers of voting age, their composition can change.

OMG. They're really going to make this creep Dictator for Life, aren't they?
They'd have to do it now, before people figure it out. When Hugo Chavez tried to be elected ruler-for-life, it fell through.
I do appreciate that they're going about it in a Constitutional fashion. Irony.
I want an apology from each and every liberal who said the people who bought guns after Nov. 2 were "paranoid."
It's only "paranoia" if you *think* they're out to get you...not if you have proof.
And this is MORE than enough.
Second American Revolution, baby!
I'm trying to remain optimistic that over the next seven years there will still be enough people a) who don't want this and b) involved enough in at least 14 state legislatures that it won't be ratified.
If it was state ratification conventions, there'd be no hope. But legislatures are a level removed from the mob.
Mostly I want everyone who told me GWB was a fascist setting himself up to rule for life to admit they were projecting their own fantasies and go get some help.
We do need to keep our eyes on this!!
Thanks Heather!
And this Jose Serrano that's behind all this? That name sounds Mexican!
