These are the bureaucrats who are going to decide which prescriptions you should be allowed to take and when you should be allowed to see a doctor...how the hell can anyone think they won't munge it up, even when they're not unilaterally denying unpopular demographic groups care to "cut costs"??

8 years, and they can't get it right.
